Om: is considered the most elemental sound of creation. This sacred syllable represents the primordial sound of the universe, the underlying vibratory power behind all existence. As we repeat Om we open to our essential connection to all this is, we align ourselves with the vibration of the universe, and we affirm that we are one.
Namaha: When mindfully repeated during meditation, this sound creates a sacred energy vibration which flows outward to the world, and then abundantly circulates back to fill us within. It is a way to gently lean into–and surrender to–the divine presence within your deepest heart while affirming the same divine presence that dwells in the hearts of all beings and in the entire universe.
